The feet, ankles, calves, quadriceps, inner thighs, abdominals, shoulders and upper back are working together to maintain the wrapping and adduction of limbs while balancing on one leg. The wrapping and adduction of the shoulders and arms strengthens the upper back and shoulders. Allowing the spine to remain straight strengthens the spinal column and muscles surrounding.
